We CNC mill all our products using the latest CAD/CAM programs, which we build in-house on 3- and 4-axis high-precision machinery. We offer billet flanges in custom thicknesses and custom application transitions, making fabrication easier and allowing you to build your own DIY kits. We machine out adapters and flanges with the industry standards by using USA-certified materials to resist warping and provide excellent weldability. The turbo adapters’ ports are all ball-milled to improve flow smoothly from one port shape to the other, reducing resistance and turbulence. We also even went the extra distance to sand down the machine ways using a hatch cross pattern to improve sealing.
